The Rotary House Hotel is a full-service 322 room hotel, dedicated exclusively for accommodating the needs of MD Anderson patients and their families while in Houston visiting MD Anderson Cancer Center. The Hotel is connected to MD Anderson by an enclosed climate controlled Sky bridge. The Rotary House purpose is to make each guest feel completely comfortable in a home away from home setting. Apicius is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a creative culinary experience. As an additional note, special dietary needs can be easily accommodated by our culinary team. For patients who need to have blood drawn for testing, MD Anderson operates a Diagnostic Laboratory Center in Rotary House International. The center is located on the lobby level, in the Patient Relations area. In 2019 The Westchester Rotary Club chose the Townhouse for its makeover project. Thanks to their hard work, the Townhouse can continue to provide a space to the children of the community to enjoy for decades to come.
Rotary Manor offers a computer center, community room with kitchen, outdoor gathering and sitting areas, a community garden, and off-street resident parking with new asphalt. Most homes have some risk of natural disasters, and may be impacted by climate change due to rising temperatures and sea levels. Fully renovated in 2012, the Guest House features elegant California-style furnishings, with select rooms featuring kitchenettes, rollaway beds, and twin beds for additional guest needs. The Rotary House’s 160-member staff includes housekeepers, bellhops, servers, front-desk attendants and patient-guest relations representatives.
